This issue specifies business rules providing clarification of the Meter related history of relationships and parameters that must be provided for retroactive changes to an SDP to Meter Relationship. Updates to the XML file-based Billing Service Standard Interface Reply specification are provided for TOU and Periodic Calculative Reads Equality adjustment functionality to be deployed with EnergyIP Release 7.2. Integration specifications for the transmission of actual and estimated register readings to MDM/R Meter Read Interfaces are provided for all CMEP Meter Read Interfaces and the Elster XML Meter Read Interface. This update includes modification to the Trilliant Meter Read Interface specification to accept externally estimated register readings. Specifications are added for a new file-based manual interface for Crossed Meter Data Change Request/Response. Specifications for the Billing Cycle Schedule Interface to be retired with the deployment of EnergyIP Release 7.2 are removed.

MDM/R Reports Technical Specifications V3.1 (SME SPEC 0001) CLEAN

This issue provides the reports technical specifications reflecting updates and clarifications resulting from initial operation of EnergyIP R7.0. Specifications for modified reports to be deployed with EnergyIP R7.2 include file-format changes for Report BR01: Billing Delivery Summary Report – Version 02 and Report BR04: Billing Delivery Detail Report – Version 01 as well as content updates for Report BR03: Re-Billing Report.
Also included in this update are planned timing changes for Reports DC01, DC02, DC03, DC04, DC06, DC07, DC08, VE01, VE02, and VE03. These reports will be re-scheduled to run later each morning.
Preliminary report specifications are added for new Report BR07: Billing Service Loader Exception Report, and modified Report IR08: Billing Request Detailed Exception Report – Version 01. These reports are intended to replace Report IR08 – Version 00 to address problems with this report experienced in Production.
